Roy L. Wines, IV – known to his friends and family as “Buddy” – was born and raised in Southampton, New York. His family has deep roots in the area, having lived on Eastern Long Island since 1644.

In recent years RLW4 has taken on increasingly “larger” projects. Whether it’s the restoration of a historic church, the construction of a new custom home, the renovation of a Main street retail store, or the construction of a new multi-family residential complex, we have done it all.

RLW4 takes on a full range of “smaller” projects. We can help you add on to your existing house, transform an unfinished basement into valuable living space, build a new deck or patio, enlarge and/or enhance a master bathroom, or redesign a run-of-the-mill standard kitchen into a personal bistro.
